One Earth is a proposed solar farm with associated battery storage and infrastructure, located primarily in Nottinghamshire. Click here to learn more about the project.

Because One Earth would generate more than 50MW of energy, it is considered a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project (NSIP) which will be submitted to the Secretary of State for consent. Click here to learn more about the planning process.

One Earth is at an early stage of development. We held a first phase of consultation from 27 September to 8 November 2023, and appreciate everyone who took the time to respond. We have considered all of the feedback we received, alongside results of ongoing environmental assessments to inform our updated proposals. We are now preparing for the second phase of consultation, which will occur from 29 May to 9 July 2024. Watch this website for updates.
